A refined pairing of Italian cuisine and exceptional wines set the tone for the Speri Wine Dinner at Kucina, presented by Penang Marriott Hotel. Curated by Chef Azhar, the specially crafted menu was thoughtfully paired with a selection of wines, with each course complementing the distinctive character of every pour.

Our favourite wine of the night was the Speri Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore, a beautifully balanced red with depth, elegance, and a smooth finish. The Lombo Di Agnello, featuring fire grilled lamb loin paired with garlic cream, broccolini, and braised shallots, was one of the highlights of the menu, while the Cioccolato E Mora provided a delightful ending to the dinner.
