An elegant evening of wine and cuisine unfolded at the Domaines Barons de Rothschild Wine Dinner by Penang Marriott Hotel, hosted at Kucina, where a thoughtfully curated menu was paired with distinguished labels from the Rothschild collection, creating a refined dining experience that celebrated both flavour and balance.

Our highlight of the evening was the Frutti Di Mare, a refined composition of lemon marinated seafood, oyster, Hokkaido scallop, prawn sheet, and Baeri Royal caviar. The dish was beautifully paired with Les Legendes R Bordeaux Blanc 2023, whose freshness and elegance complemented the delicate layers of the seafood. Our favourite wine of the night was the Chateau Moulin De Duhart, Pauillac 2020, a beautifully structured red with depth, finesse, and a memorable finish. To end the evening, the unique tiramisu stood out as a delightful finale, both visually striking and wonderfully satisfying in flavour.
