Exclusive Coffee Masterclass at Lava Java, Penang Marriott Hotel

Dive into the world of coffee artistry with Ibrahim, Boncafé Malaysia esteemed coffee trainer and specialist, as he shares his passion and expertise in coffee brewing. We were treated to a fascinating session that included the rich history of coffee beans, hands-on coffee tasting, and insights into various brewing methods such as Pour Over, Siphon, and the beloved Espresso.

One of the highlights was the detailed explanation of how to achieve perfect steamed milk, demonstrated using an empty glass to show how the steam wand works inside the milk pitcher. The session was made even more memorable with the opportunity to brew our own lattes using the premium high-end Mahlkönig grinder and Slayer Espresso machine.
