Discovering a delightful culinary gem at Gin Library X Ostrea Oyster & Seafood Bar . The Island’s first and only distillery-themed bar, located on the 23rd floor of Courtyard By Marriott Penang. The relaxing ambiance, complemented by beautiful lighting and a stunning city view from the elevated floor. The food quality is exceptional, and we had the pleasure of sampling few delectable dishes and expertly paired with exquisite gins.
* Chef’s special Caviar, a delightful combination of toasted sourdough, free-range yolk, shallot sour cream, hollandaise and chive. My first experience with caviar and I fell in love with the perfectly paired toasted sourdough and heavenly sauce.
* Scallop Pate, the lightly roasted scallop with cauliflower puree was a perfect combination that burst with delightful flavours, pleasing my taste buds with every bite.
* Prawn, oven-baked to perfection and served with garlic butter, crispy garlic chips and a touch of dried chilli. Love the smokiness and crispy textures.
* Basil Pesto Scallop Risotto, the pesto-infused taste of this dish beautifully complemented the creamy risotto.
* Poached Pear: Harmonic blend of tender pear, biscuit crumble, Vanilla Ice Cream, Strawberry Puree and touch of fig perfection.
